Affordable Housing
A Documented Reading

Overview
Affordable Housing: A Documented Reading formalizes the strategic framework developed for ACCORAAC and asks how a small home can support a larger life. It reads the urban context of Rey through inquiry-led research, comparative density studies, critical essays, diagrammatic analysis, and the proposals of six invited architecture practices. Rather than presenting the competition only as a set of final designs, the document preserves the economic, social, and architectural questions that shaped the brief and the decision process.
