Project context & question

Acco Group needed an affordable-housing model for Tehran’s modern workforce. Before design, the project required a clear economic logic, user vision, density position, and definition of “large life” within a small home.

RootPlat intervention

RootPlat developed the project strategy and architectural brief, managed the selective competition, and created the comparative framework used to read six proposals and support the client’s selection.

Strategic approach

Business logic and architectural strategy were combined around sustainable urban density, shared community spaces, market feasibility, and everyday experience. Three analysts then evaluated the proposals against this common frame.
