Qeyghaj Art Farm
A multi-functional rural and cultural development framework connecting accommodation, agriculture, research, recreation, and art.

Project context & question
Across 300 hectares, the project had to reconcile industrial-scale agriculture and scientific research with artist residencies, cultural programmes, hospitality, and recreation without reducing either economic productivity or creative value.
RootPlat intervention
RootPlat aligned business logic, spatial experience, and cultural identity before architectural development, defining the programmes and relationships that Fluid Motion Architects could translate into space.
Strategic approach
The project was organized through accommodation, scientific/research, commercial, recreational, cultural/artistic, and administrative program families.
What we delivered

Project outcome
